Inbound Logistics Magazine, a leading publication in logistics industry, has just named Nexus Distribution as among the Top 100 Third Party Logistics Providers for 2005. This is the second year that Nexus has been honored with this designation.
The magazine’s annual list is recognized as one of the most definitive resources in the logistics market. Nexus was chosen from a group of over 500 companies, highlighting Nexus as best-in-class in the arena of 3rd Party Logistics.
“Nexus strives to do better than just meeting current expectations,” says Nexus President William Hansen. “We try to anticipate our customers’ needs and integrate the talent and technology to develop the services that our customers will require for differentiation.”
Nexus celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2005. Receiving this award for the second time in a row is a tribute to Nexus’ ability to pair innovation with experience.
Being voted to as one of the Top 100 is one of many exciting things that mark this special anniversary. This year Nexus also adds Value-Added Packaging services and Heavyweight Container Transload services. “This is an exciting year for us,” says Hansen. “Our service offering and customer group is more advanced and diverse than ever before, and so is our leadership team. Our ability to deliver a better suite of services each year is truly a team effort.”

Its locations across the nation allow the Nexus network to deliver almost anywhere in a single day. With the right technology and an unmatched commitment to customers, it’s no wonder that Nexus is getting attention.
"Our service promise is "On Time. Real Time. Every Time." and we stand behind that," Hansen concludes. "We are honored to be part of this list for the 2nd straight year and will continue to focus on the needs of our customers and their ability to acheive success through distribution strategy."
